Tip of the Month

Spy Sweeper1. Do NOT reply to spam!
By sending back an opt-out request you are confirming to the spammer that your address is valid and that your ISP doesn't use spam filters. Furthermore, you are confirming that you open and read spam; you follow the spammer's instructions for opting out, and therefore, are the perfect candidate for more spam.

2. Password protect sensitive Word documents.
To set a password: click Tools | Options | Select the Security tab. You'll have the following options "password to open" and "password to modify.” Note: if you forget your password – you can forget your document!
