What is Identity Theft? How is it done? What can you do to
protect yourself? Here’s the scoop:
Identity theft occurs when someone uses another person's
personal information (DOB, SSN, bank account, credit cards, etc)
to take on that person's identity, or imposters them for
financial gain. Once they obtain your personal information the
can use it to obtain credit, apply for loans, withdraw funds
from your existing accounts, establish accounts with utility
companies, rent apartments or cars, file bankruptcy or obtain a
job using the victim’s name.
This is currently the fasted growing crime in America.
Approximately 11.8 million identity victim have been reported as
of April 2003.
For those of you who haven’t met the Network-IT Mascots,
here they are in their royal chair.

your staff, interrupts your business, and causes you to waste
precious time? (Or cause you to want to toss your PC out the

all of the latest security patches and updates?
Would you like your servers, pc's, applications, routers and
switches monitored 24 hours a day?
Would you like to have an up-to-date hardware and software
inventory at your fingertips?
If you answered Yes to any of
these questions, then
