Hi,
There's a lot going on here at
Network-IT, as we gear up for implementing a new software
and a new way of servicing our clients. In this issue of
our newsletter you'll find out more about this change as
well as some info on a new gadget on the market. But, if
you've slipped back into summer-mode, due to the record high
temperatures, save this newsletter for next week. ;-)

Protect your identity

There's a new
gadget on the market that will help you protect your
identity and allow you piece of mind when making online
transactions. It's called
ID Vault. It's small and looks like a flash drive.
Here's how it works. When you want to log onto a website
that you have an account with.... you insert the ID Vault
into a USB drive, enter your PIN, and a menu comes up of all
your accounts (that you've already set up), you select which
website you want to log into....and the ID Vault logs in for
you. That way, hackers and keystroke loggers can't steal
your username and password. That information is safely on
the ID Vault on a smart card chip and can't be accessed by
hackers. The ID Vault also protects you against phishing
scams, as it is constantly checking with 7,000 financial
sites to make sure that the site is
legitimate. The ID Vault is allows you to access
your bank account, Ebay and other shopping sites without
worrying about someone stealing your information and your
money! The ID Vault is approximately $50, with an annual
renewal of about the same amount.
Toby enjoying the warm weather.

Announcement
Big changes are happening here at Network-IT, and those
changes are going to help us serve our clients better.
We're instituting a new program that will centralize many of
our functions to make us more efficient.
How does that affect you? We will be assigning service
tickets to all requests. This will allow us to keep better
track of requests, follow up, and maintain a history of past
service. We will also be able to easily track all service
by device. What you may notice most is our improved invoice
design, which will now be emailed to you.
We are excited about these changes and go "live" with the new
program October 1st. Please bear with us during this
transition.
