Hi Everyone!
Another year is coming to an end, and it's been a busy year for us here!  We've added Kraig and Ken to our team, implemented two new offerings (Save-IT & Block-IT), became Microsoft Small Business Specialists and this past fall we began using software which improves the way we track issues and equipment for our clients, as well as improve invoicing.

We're going to take New Year's Day off, but then we'll be back and ready to roll!  It looks like 2008 will be a busy year for us as well.  We've got several things in the works that will benefit our clients and their businesses and lead them into the future.  Have a Safe and Happy New Year's!!

2008 Resolution

Resolve not to spend time on SPAM.  2008 is going to be the year that you and your employees are going to take control and stop wasting time dealing with SPAM.  What if you could set up aggressive filters and quarantine everything that doesn't pass muster?  Your inbox would have legitimate email in it!!  Or you could work off a whitelist.  If the address isn't on your list...BOOM...it's rejected!  Ahhh....blissfull, isn't it?  Okay, that might be harsh for some of you, perhaps an unknown sender would automatically be sent a challenge response.  Either way, YOU control your inbox not the spammers!

Software piracy is the unauthorized copying or distribution of copyrighted software.  Does your office use pirated software?  Do you know for sure that your software is legitimate and you're not infringing on copyright laws?

If you or your company is caught using pirated software, you may be held liable under both civil and criminal law.  Civil penalties can be as high as $150,000 per software program infringed.  In addition, introducing pirated software into your computing environment can open you up to the risk of damage to your network through defective software or malicious code.
