This newsletter is the first of the new year, so Happy New Year!  In the spirit of new beginnings...we have a new service plan to offer in the hopes of providing our clients with the best possible service.  We also have received Certification from the State of Connecticut as a Small Business Enterprise/Minority Business Enterprise (SBE/MBE).

New "Unlimited" Service Plan
Network-IT anniversaryNetwork-IT is pleased to announce that we've begun offering a new service plan, Manage-IT Unlimited. Here is how it works; you pay a fixed price each month and we troubleshoot and resolve all of your issues.  It's that simple.  We will provide unlimited telephone, remote and onsite support for your network during business hours.  And like all of our plans...we will also monitor your network 24/7, apply Microsoft's critical patches, and manage Anti Virus licenses.  Additionally, projects will be done with a 30% discount on our regular hourly rate.
