Rather than send items to your deleted folder you can also choose a hard delete. To do so, press [Shift] + Delete.  As always, use caution when permanently deleting anything.

Hi,
Spring is here...and once we dry out we can all get outside and enjoy it.  In the meantime, you can find out what Google knows about you, learn how to hard delete in Outlook and see if the Pulse Smartpen could help you take better notes.

Google Dashboard
googleGoogle now offers a place where you can see all of your Google services in one place.  Here you can manage your data and answer the question that many of you ask...."What does Google know about me?"
To get to your dashboard, log in to Google Accounts, under personal settings you will see the dashboard and a link to view the data for your account.  This is where you will see the information for your Google Alerts, Google Docs, Gmail, Picasa, web history and any other Google application that you use.
