Hi everyone!
The holiday's are officially here! Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!
In the next few weeks you'll be trying to fit in as much as you can at home and at work, and working to meet year-end deadlines.  In an effort to reduce the number of emails in your inbox, we are no longer sending out invoices with zero balances to Service Plan clients.  If you wish to view these invoices, you may log into the Client Portal to view all service related invoices.

Supporting the Local Communitykiwanis
Kiwanis is a worldwide organization, with local clubs in over 8000 communities, improving the quality of life of children.  Nancy is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Middletown, CT, and invites you to participate in Kiwanis' annual Holiday Nut Drive. The club sells boxes of single-serve peanuts, 3-1/2 lb. cans of mixed nuts, and chocolate covered raisins.  The proceeds go to the scholarship fund and help local children.  If you have interest in Kiwanis, or purchasing nuts during our Drive, please contact Nancy.

Create your own ticket

We have created a new email address, support@network-it.net, to provide even faster service to our clients.  Please send your service requests to this email address, putting the subject of the request as the email subject, and as much information as you can in the body of the email.  Within minutes of sending the email, a work ticket will be create and will appear on our service board.  Your ticket will then be scheduled.  You no longer need to wonder if your email has been received, it's already in the system.  Additionally, all email communications then stay with the ticket, enabling us to be more efficient for you.

Are you writing off the computers you purchased?

As the year winds down.....it's time to figure out ways to keep more of your hard earned business profits.  With the current economic conditions, it would be worth your time to look into the section 179 of the IRS Tax code.  This law allows you to write off up to $250,000 of equipment purchases in a single year instead of having to depreciate them. Who's eligible?  All businesses that purchase or finance less than $800,000 in business equipment should qualify for the Section 179 Deduction. Visit section179.org to gather information and consult with your tax advisor.

Chris
