Support Plans
Network-IT offers two categories of monthly support agreement to assist you and your business.
Take your pick: Plan-IT and Protect-IT.
Plan-IT
Plan-IT is a form of pre-paid hours and provides
you with various other benefits. Plan-IT moves away from the
hourly model. All existing systems and functionality is covered for one monthly price. Choose
the plan most appropriate for your needs and relax - we'll take care of you.
Protect-IT
The primary purpose of this agreement is to keep your systems running smoothly with one
investment, regardless of the number of hours required to maintain the functionality of your
systems. If you wish to add functionality to your network, you can do so at a reduced hourly
rate (this includes such items as adding a server or adding wireless networking). Please
note that this is an agreement for labor, not parts.
As part of the maintenance agreement, Network-IT will provide
pro-active services to help prevent network critical issues. These services include but are
not limited to: ensuring anti-virus updates, check backup and server logs, apply service
packs.
